new watercolors.

i recently bought a pocket-sized watercolors, yes, i am a sucker for pocket-sized anything. who isn't, really? and i convinced myself that i needed this so that i can bring it around with me while i'm travelling. that's a good enough reason, right?

i also bought a new watercolor notebook from moleskine. it's my first time using moleskine watercolor notebooks, i usually just use those watercolor pads/blocks. so, on my very first page, i decided to write my favorite quote out :) i think it makes for a good beginning..

Gosh, this is lovely. Makes me wish I had a pocket watercolour kit too! My favourite quote I remember seeing on here was "Sometimes we focus so much on the door that is closing, we don't see the one that is opening" ...

I despise that quote, it's overused in high school especially in career talks XD
Lol, just kidding!
I just bought watercolors too! Even though I don't know anything about watercoloring, I just like to try! ;3

this will definitely lead to great quotes considering you can write them on the go when they first come to mind instead of waiting to come home and producing them :D

I'm excited.
