one of the reason why i like listening to music is because of well-written lyrics. i like to find a line from a song that really strikes out the most for me. some songs have it, while some don't. the best ones are the simple ones. this one is from taylor swift's last kiss.do you have any favorite lines from a song?

i totally listen to music the same way. if it has bad lyrics i instantly don't like the song. listening to radiohead at the moment, love loads of their lyrics :)

sometimes i think i just like the song because the lyrics are so beautiful. i guess you know what i mean.

I love "Only Hope" from the soundtrack of "A Walk to Remember", it says:

It make me feel like we all can write our own songs and beautiful words... =)
Any lyric from a laura marling song is perfect, i don't know there are too many to choose... But like: "...birds were singing to calm us down..." Or... "Those of us who are lost and low, i know how you feel, i know it's not right but it's real...." or "sleep will not come because sleep does not will it" Or "i speak because i can to anyone i trust enough to listen"
