complete opposite.

i didn't wake up and everything was perfect.. but that's life, right? you just take what it gives you and try to juggle it all. i hope everyone's chin is up during this mid-week mayhem!!

coffee helps though. for me anyways :) what helps you calm down and be less tense..?

Honestly, a glass of wine, or cold beer while doodling! Also, a cupcake or a plate of Indian food! All bad habits I know ... but it works!

I find drinks definitely calm me down but it always depends on the time of day and what is flustering me... If I wake up feeling funny a cup of tea is a good comforting start to the day, if I'm stressed during the day and trying to get heaps done then it's coffee and if I come home exhausted then there's nothing like finishing the day with a glass of wine!

I love to take a leisurely stroll to calm down, by the end of it, I always have my thoughts sorted out :]

I can so relate to this post! The last few weeks has been just emotionally challenging, but you are right, that's life and we all have those! (thank goodness I am not the only one!).
Hmm what helps for me, I would say are a couple bottles of wine :P Hah, no okay, not quite. Good music really does help me relax a bit. And I must say the husband is super amazing and knows just what to do and say to help me chill out :)

Coffee definitely helps me!! As does going to the gym and baking ... all are the perfect solutions in keeping me sane during a busy week (every week!)

I love your work, you're so inspiring!

A good song on the radio can utterly change my mood. Monday morning blues were transformed this morning by a little Aretha Franklin. r-e-s-p-e-c-t....!
