here i am, AGAIN writing about the issue of copyrights. sometimes, when things like this happens.. it really just makes me sick to my stomach and not want to share my work on the internet.
knowing that someone out there who freely decides to copy/re-use/alter my work and i mean, completely shred it into parts and re-make it as their own is just plain rude and disrespectful.
there's a very clear disclaimer on the right-hand side that states:
the content of this site may not be copied, modified or distributed in any manner without prior agreement. thank you.
what do you not understand from that? because clearly, you can read. but why do you choose not to comply with it and be so ignorant? i am pretty sure you know who you are so please stop.
the internet is supposed to be a resourceful happy place, not a bitter one. even though you don't see the people or talk to them.. at least have some respect for them.

I use other people's photos in my blogs very often, but every time I use someone's photos, I tell them that I used their photos and ask is it okay. And there's a link to their photostreams/blogs. Though, sometimes I just don't know the photographer, but everytime I know the photographer I absolutely tell.
I've used your photos, and I sended a Flickr mail to you about it and it was okay for you. So if in future I'll use your photos, is it okay that I tell you after publishing the blog or is it nicest that I first ask? :--)

the internet is becoming more of a bitter place and less of a happy resourceful place each day. hope this person/peoples listens and shapes up for ya. xx
This thing happened to my sister once, when she wrote texts, that a girl get whatever she wanted and write another different thing with it (it was a personal experience text!). She stopped to put them on the internet, and I know what you mean.
I guess some people can't read, doesn't have any respect for anything, and it's more easy steal than create by yourself.

this is so upsetting, I don't know who the person is but clearly they lack in imagination, manners and consideration.
there's nothing worse than holding back things you want to share because of the fear of imitation

mmm-I'm sorry to hear someone that inconsiderate and idiotic exists....... Kudos to you , though for standing up and saying that on here. I hope they get the message.
that hapen to a friend to! but don't worry just put in big letter 'THE NOOTEBOOK DOODLES' in alll of your photos and i think that there is an option to block the clicks on your blog!
i'm really sorry this is happening to you. :( it's not fair, and so rude. it makes me sad - i love your work and would be so bummed if you stopped sharing it with us. i don't get why people do these things, it kind of steals the joy away from something you've created, and that's not right.
Ohhh! I always upload your pics, but I reblog them from your tumblr, or I tag 'the notebook doodles' and I always recommend you! I think I did it for the wrong category (lol, whoops) but, I hope thats okay? I`m not altering them in anyway and I give credit to you, but I`m not getting your permission. Sorry :( xo
