Ooh well if I was to take a guess...I would say that the clouds, combined with the lines of the poles almost look like a smiley face :)
Clouds = two eyes
Line = open mouthed smile

It looks like a banner dragged behind an airplane.
I don't really know what's new, maybe the fact that your image is less "sun exposed", there isn't the 'romantic halo' there is on the others, there is more contrasts on this one.
But I'm completely wrong I guess. Anyway, I like it :)
Ah, I love the banner effect. Definitely keep it. Its unique. :)
