here is something i came up with recently. i realized that when i don't try so hard, when i don't try and twist my brain to create something.. that is when everything just fall into place and i end up making something that i like. tell me what you think! i was getting sort of bored and stuck with my normal doodles and i wanted to get out of that comfort zone and create something new. so.. here is the result.
also.. i made a poll (see on your right) to get some feedback from you guys. a whole lot of you has been asking me since forever that you want to buy the notebook doodles book i posted before. so here's your chance to tell me what you want. would you prefer it to be a book? postcards? or maybe just prints? i need this feedback because i think that it's time to publish my work and make it available for purchase. so will you please help me with this? i would very much appreciate it :)

How about all of the above? I mean, a book would be cute for gifting. Postcards for sending. Prints, stickers, & cards for myself. You know what I mean? I could use all of them for different things. And would love to!
But, maybe you should just start off with something small to see how you do...

I love the idea of a book to put on my coffee table and to flick through when I'm feeling a bit down, but postcards are so great because you can stick them on your wall when you don't want to give them away. Prints are lovely too but they tend to be expensive and you'd have to pick some really popular works so you make sure you sell them all... I think postcards might be an easier option and you may be able to print more designs?
I couldn|t decide, so I voted for everything... ButI think that what I want the most is a book!

I definitely agree that sometimes when you don't force it, your mind can create so much more freely. It's kind of the reason why I did not aspire to turn my creativity into a career. I was afraid that I would lose that creative activity because I was meeting deadlines. That's a lovely quote you posted. =) Have a great week!
i love all your stuff, but think a book would get lost amidst all my other books, whereas cards, postcards, stickers and prints will allow me to share your work with ppl as well as display it.
i'm sure you've already done some research, but just wanted to let you know i've used vistaprint for postcards and cards [i like their postcard quality better than cards.] and a friend did xmas postcards of one of her drawings at overnightprints.com and they were fabulous! she even got to choose rounded corners which made them just a bit more fabulous!

I definitely think a book would be the best way to go! Because then you could have them all there in one place and be able to flip through them, as opposed to having all these separate pieces all out of order, ya know?

I really like the idea of a book... but also the prints and postcards! I think if you set up an etsy shop then people would go crazy for them. You could also charge extra for custom written quotes if you had time :) your work is absolutely stunning and I know there are so many people who think so too! The quote on your post really sums up how Ive been feeling recently. Thank you ♥

Ahh! This made me really excited. A book would be wonderful, but then I got to thinking. Postcards serve many purposes and are nice and portable. They can be bookmarks, artwork, messages, etc. Versatility is always encouraged. :)
Sorry I forgot to finish my last post. You could make a postcard book, which would be the best of both worlds! Sorry I got carried away...
