i really wish we still do send letters with a seal. taking the time to actually melt the wax and then carefully placing your seal on top of it, it makes the letter to be so much more official and appreciated. don't you think?
i already own a seal with the my initials on it. well only the letter of my first name.. but i can't help to want more! not that i write that many letters. i just like the whole process of it.

I send letters to all my close friends, no matter how far, the distance is never a problem.

Cute. I love snail mail. :) I try to send out "real mail" to my bff's at least once a month.. It's always nice to open your mailbox and find something other than bills!!!

Aw this is cute! My sister always sends me letters sealed with a wax seal! It makes me feel special! I've always wanted to buy a wax and stamp seal set, but I haven't gotten around to it! Really great idea!!

Ah, i never thought about it but you're right. Its gives just that little bit of extra to the letter. Plus, you're extra sure that nobody have read your letter :)
yes, handwritten letters are such a lost art. AND, how lucky a recipient to recieve a letter from YOU...beautiful handwritten doodles and all. :)

i love sealed envelopes too. you can get little stamp kits with your initials still though, and the red wax too. i remember seeing them in bath. sadly i don't really send any letters to use one though...which i guess is why they've died out
i love sealed letters! i got one once, but i didn't want to open up the envelope because the seal was so pretty!
I love snail mail, it's been a few years since I started swapping letters with people from all over and never looked back. I can't describe the feeling of opening a mail box to find several chubby letters filled with news, goodies, small cheap tokens, postcards, sweets, everything lovingly put together by people I love and who just want to please. Emails could never do that to you. When I have some more time, I'll start a penpalling club. :)

Unforunately the only kind of mail I get is either from the bank or college :(
I still have a seal too, with a four leafed clover. I've only used it once though, I wish I could use it more too. But I hardly send or receive letters these days :(
