i've seen so many people or little kids who try to grow up too fast and i think that it's such a waste because they will miss out on their youth and would probably regret it afterward. i think the best thing to do is.. just enjoy where you are at the moment without thinking too much of the future. sure you can plan ahead but it doesn't mean that you have to do those things right now. that's just my personal opinion.what's yours?

i agree with you! those days won't come back again
i completely agree, dear! ♥
one time i was revisiting my old elementary school, and i saw these third graders with stylish caps, high heels, mini abercrombie skirts, and over glossed lips. it made me so sad...girls that age should be climbing tree's and getting scars still; not growing up.
I think that you're right. I feel a lot younger now than at the time when I was about 15 or 16. then I felt ancient. I'm glad a lot changed in that field :P

I agree with you.
Agreed! I like being like a child so much I still act like one and intend to for very long. Being an adult is no fun D:
As a teenager, I do agree with you (: though I've never known anyone who's in a rush growing up, but it's just something we shouldn't do. Live for the present (:
I was a freakishly mature child, so I think I skipped a lot of childhood. Fortunately, I seem to be rediscovering it right now. I'm trying to make 17 a year to remember :)
I completely agree with you! I work with children and some of them are far too grown up for their own good. There's a 5 year old who thinks playing games is stupid, whaaaaaaaaaaaat!?!
I couldn't agree more! ...I found that since cherishing each stage of age the year goes by so fast! And I don't want it to >_< but the best thing is you'd be able to feel how much you've grown each step of the way with all the lovely (and not so lovely) experiences you've savored along the way... :))
you are so completely right! in the past, i often thought how good it would be to be grown up and the older i get, i sometimes could cry about finishing school and leaving my parents.
i really love your blog, quite inspiring, keep it up!
love, anneke
We all want to grow up fast, and we all regret wanting to grow up fast.
Oh, I agree! Too many people try to grow up too quickly. Due to circumstance I had to grow up a little more quickly than my friends did, and I envy those with a carefree childhood :)
Agreed! I've spent far too much time thinking about the future and the past, and have missed the moment. Enough of that! Last spring I changed my thinking and it's been amazing!
you are beautiful, yourself dear :)

My motto:
Live now!
I never make plans for next year.
Agree. Past won't repeat :D
Personally, I'm terrified of the future. This year will be my last year in secondary school and the not-knowing what's coming up makes me pretty damn scared. I feel like an old lady talking to some of my friends, saying that "it seems like it was yesterday that we were goofing around in middle school and now here we are, seven years later". It scares me how I'm aware that time passes by *so* quickly at seventeen, that I don't know what to do next. I'm afraid of what I'll miss. I'm afraid of growing up and missing out on things and missing out on my youth because time just went by without making a sound.
Oh how I wish my biggest worry was what to wear to school in the morning. I grew up too fast.
i'm with ya on that one :D
great doodle.
<3
I agree with this completely, & I'm only fifteen. Last year I spent the year being cynical & hating highschool, wanting to leave, but this year is SO amazing so far because I've just accepted highschool for all of its quirks & gone to everything I can. Like Homecoming, which is TOMORROW NIGHT! :D

i completely agree with you.
i always try to live in the moment (:
aww this is so great.
i always feel that way.
may you stay forever young. -dylan
i have a 5 year old sister and i am very envious of her i always tell her never grow up and how lucky she is. you always want to grow up, to be big. you never realize how lucky your are to be young and carefree. i try to hold on to it as best i can. :)
totally agree with you, i'm now 21 and i miss my youth day so much. but all i can do is enjoy present's life :D
