these two are the main ones that i want to see. i guess i am a sucker for romantic comedies and hollywood has not been producing much of them lately.. everyone is just going dark and twilight-y.. which in my opinion is not very healthy for the kids they are targeting.opinions aside, what movies are you planning to watch this summer?

THE PROPOSAL looks SOOOOOOOOOOOO freaking hilarious.
cannot WAIT to see it.
ooh, those two movies look really good. and i totally agree that there hasn't been much romantic comedies going around. :(
but yay, something to look forward to now! :))
xo.
I want to see AWAY WE GO so bad! It look sooo freakin' cute!
movies tend to release later around here, I was waiting to see Angels & Demons, (amazing!) but don't really have a wishlist, maybe i should check out some trailors! :)
500 days of summer <3 looks os beautiful, a romantic film, but without the cheese? great casting, better soundtrack, heartfelt script. watch the trailer, it won't disappoint!! xx gorgeous blog miss.
Coco Avant Chanel and the new movie by Pedro Almodovar are some movies I definitally want to see soon! I'm not really a big fan of these romantic comedies, I like to watch them when they are shown on tv, but I would never pay to see them in a theatre or buy the dvd. :)
I'm planning to watch The Hannah Montana Movie and 17 Again (which will only be in theatres next month here in Portugal) because they're feel-good movies, and that's what I look for in the summer. Also, I'm very excited to watch the new Harry Potter movie :)
I'm gonna catch Ghosts of Girlfriends Past tomorrow!
I like romantic comedies as well. They are simply...entertaining and sensational:)
How about you?
Have a lovely day!
xx
OOOH
I can wait for "the ugly truth" i adore katherine heigl, but god knows when it will be on theaters over here in brazil, but, i'm really wainting Harry Potter... i just love!!!

100 days of summer and paper heart...i can't wait!
Aww, I like romantic comedies as well - they're great for light entertainment. I don't have any specific movies that I am planning to see - I guess just whatever I pick up at the library!
g.i.joe, transformers 2, surrogates, public enemies and halloween 2 by rob zombie, this season looks like it has alot of good action films and horrors!
500 days of summer with zooey deschanel!!!!!
AH! I am so totally excited for The Proposal... Sandra Bullock is just so.... fierce. :S Honestly, for lack of better words. She's talented, awesome, brilliant, &... SO ATTRACTIVE! Haha, just kidding. But seriously.
Though I haven't heard of The Ugly Truth...
I'm looking forward to watching Star Wars, Marie Antoinette, (for the billionth time!), & other dreamy indie films. I'll probably watch Juno again sometime... & I just finished The Virgin Suicides for the first time! Its such a slice of aesthetically delightful cake with the prettiest pink frosting, but so hauning.. <3

PS-Sorry for rambling :S
All my favourites!
Eternal Sunshine, Almost Famous, American Beauty, Ghost World, Pixar Shorts, & every other Disney & Pixar films I can get my hands on!
I can't wait to watch transformers 2 and 500 days of summer! :)
I am not a big fun of hollywood movie. I think I rather watch foreign films.. I like romantic comedies too!
Have a great weekend! oxox
I WANT TO SEE THE PROPOSAL SO BAD ! i love romantic comedies, also, but good ones are so hard to find these days since i hate the cheesy-ness of most of them. although, i love Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds is gorgeous so i'm deeply excited to see this one :D
I just saw The Hangover a few days ago. I didn't think I was going to like it, but I laughed till I cried (seriously). Next on my list is My Life in Ruins, by the same lady who did My Big Fat Greek Wedding.
oh i love romantic comedies too! i haven't heard of the ugly truth, but i really want to see the proposal.
<3
I think The Proposal looks really good but I'm dying to see 500 Days of Summer.
I'm such a nerd, and I can't HELP but love all those fantasy-esque films!
That's why I'm going crazy counting down until the next harry potter movie.
hope you're well, dear!
x
Jess.
I agree that a lot of recent movies have been much darker and more serious, which I like, but sometimes am just not in the mood for! I'm most looking forward to away we go but I hate going to the movies because they are so expensive here ($12.50!!). I saw UP tonight (so good!) and that and Harry Potter may be the only movies I actually see in theaters this summer ;)
The Proposal and 500 days of summer are definitely also on my list... but probably not until they go to dvd.
Your blog is so lovely :)
Hope to see updates soon! :D
I really want to see The Proposal but I'm saving my money to see Paper Heart.
