end of july

wow. we are officially four months away until the end of the year. that's rather freaky to think about. time really does fly.. which means, gossipgirl is coming back very very soon!! i'm not so sure about these promos though... not a very good example for the teenyboppers who are watching it. but i guess it sells which is a pity.

i finally received it!! actually it was last week to be accurate. it is currently sitting next to my study/work table alongside with my other books and textbooks =)

my brother and i found this figurine in our cereal box the other morning. i thought that it resembled heath ledger so much!! which is freaky..?! i was kinda glad to get the joker instead of batman though, i think it looks so much more appealing.. especially with the purple suit and green hair.

my internet has not been working properly these days. it comes on and off as it likes and i do not know what's wrong with it.

back to monday again

apparently, according to my sister.. our online shopping goods have already made it here so it's only about time that it will arrive to our doorstep. i can't wait!! and i am already browsing again to see what is my next purchase. i think i might try out forever21, they seem to have pretty good stuff and it's free shipping after $75 which is so much better compared to urban's over $200, then you can get free shipping. i already have a few items in my cart =)

lazy and bored

i'm really not in the mood of doing anything these days. but i have decided to scan in some of my new watercolor notebook pages. hopefully there will be more to come.. i've upgraded to the a4 size from the a5 size. it's better but not as convenient to carry around.

i did this while i was on my summer break. how i wish it would last a little longer.

i went to see the dark knight yesterday. and guess what? i forgot to bring my glasses with me so the movie was not as clear as i wanted it to be. nonetheless, it was a really good movie and it still kinda freaks me out in a way.

i hope to cover the ceiling of my room like that one day. it makes it look so dreamy and mystical. i saw these while walking around a mall and the theme of that section was arabian.

anyways, i haven't been feeling inspired lately.. probably because i am back in school and i haven't really done much except for reading and doing school work. promise to update more often soon.

online shopping is evil

iyeas, i have come to realize that online shopping is indeed evil..!! i can't seem to stop wanting to buy things online. and i think it really is time for me to get a fish eye.. i've been wanting it for so long but never really got the chance to get it and now it comes in pink so i really should get it. how you can resist that..? seriously.

i saw this on urban's site and they are already starting to sell it. i'm not quite sure if i am liking it just yet. it really doesn't stand up for it's famed name.. there's notwhite borders for the photos and it has no polaroid effect. so in all, it's just an average photo printer.

look what else i found. first there was the mini leica.. now comes the mini rollei. *sigh* if only i have extra cash to spend on these babies. for now, i'll be just as happy to see them on my screen slash blog.

so.. am i the only one glad that she got over her leggings phase?? i saw somewhere on the web that she has her own leggings line which probably explains why she was wearing it so much. i think she's on to the white tshirt phase now. personally, i can understand that cause i went through it myself but now, i have no idea where those white muji tshirts has gone.

more readings to do.. no more browsing for things on the web.

summer semester starts

officially back in school again. kind of glad actually, my holiday was starting to get boring and i was sort of purpose-less..? wow, i sound like such a nerd right now.

anyhow, went to watch "Hancock" the other day and it was good. highly recommended. it was really interesting and unexpected compared to other heroes films *coughhulkcough*

here's a section of our fridge. i just thought that it's weird how they all have the color blue for their packaging. it must mean something.. maybe that's how people in general associate the color blue with condiments..? [from left to right: miracle whip, puck cream cheese, horseradish sauce and korean mayonnaise.]

changing to a whole different topic.. oh i can't wait till gossip girl starts again!! i've been seeing their on-set photos from the web and i love it already. blair always looks so good compared to serena and chuck is........ chuck =)

average thursday

i woke up late today. i wouldn't have woke up if it weren't for the banging noises from my ceiling. it seems that the parents are fixing the third level of the house. i'm all for it except it gets really annoying when it's so noisy!!

we went on a little shoe frenzy the other week. i only got one pair so i don't feel so guilty compared to my other sisters who got more than one. i was happy with my purchase though.. and guess what i saw yesterday in a magazine..? a.olsen wearing the same pair but in a different color. ha!! great minds think alike =)

i still remember when i first realized that she was gonna be one of victoria's secret models.. pretty impressive i must say, first australian to be one of the angels.

hello

it felt like such a long time since i last blogged when in fact it hasn't been that long after all. just a couple of days. well it turns out that i had my dates mistaken, school doesn't start for another week which is good news for me.

our whole family went away for the weekend to our villa in the countryside.. i haven't been there since a very long time ago. frankly, i don't even remember the last time we were there.. it was a refreshing getaway though, everything was so different to the city because we were just surrounded by nature. and i didn't bring my macbookpro with me so i was out of touch for three days or so.

i have a feeling there will be more of these "feet-shots" in the future. honestly, i have been taking photos of my feet for quite a long time now but it was never really a routine nor did i frequently post it on my blog. but.. ever since i read this article, it just inspired me to make it as a habit.

enjoying the last few days

this week is my last week of summer break. when monday comes, i'll be back in school doing the usual homework and readings. but for now.. i am just relaxing and not thinking about school or any other work related things. i am relaxing and rewinding for the remainder of time i have left.
